For Portland Campus Students
M.S.W. Program
Welcome!
Throughout your time as an M.S.W. student in the School of Social Work, the Office of Student Affairs will play an important role in supporting your academic success. Once admitted to the School, the Office of Student Affairs is your link to a number of services within the School of Social Work and the University.
Primary responsibilities of the Office of Student Affairs include: the processing of applications to the M.S.W. program at the School of Social Work, admission of new students to the program, preparation, maintenance and housing of M.S.W. student records, facilitation of registration for students, and dissemination of vital M.S.W. program information. Additionally, the staff of the Office of Student Affairs work with appropriate university contacts within the Office of Admissions, Registration and Records as well as the Office of Graduate Studies to assist in tracking student academic progress. The Director of Student Affairs, Janet Putnam, and Assistant to the Director of Student Affairs, Jodene Rudolf are available to assist students with questions relating to admissions, registration and M.S.W. program course requirements.
We offer the links to the left (see 'Helpful Links' on lefthand menu bar) to assist you during your time in the program. If you are unable to find what you are looking for or have additional questions please feel free to contact Jodene Rudolf Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
